When will I receive my subscriptions?
Your
order will be processed upon confirmation of payment. The actual delivery date
of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered
is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the
publisher. In general, you can expect to receive your first issue in 4 to 12
weeks depending on the titles. Be assured that these are standard industry lead
times.

What
do I do if I need to renew my existing subscription?
On
the product page you will see "Type of Subscription" with a drop down menu with
the choices of Single, 1 year or 2 years. All you need to do is chose the
correct one. Some magazines are only available for new subscribers and will not
have the renewal option.

Can
I get a refund if I change my mind?
Since
we remit all fees directly to the publishers at the time of your order, we are
unable to refund any magazine order purchases.

What
form of payment do you accept?
You
have 3 options to pay.

Credit
Card – We accept all major credit cards.

Bank
Payment – Deposit the total amount to any RCBC or BDO branch.

LBC
Branch Payment – Pay in cash through any LBC branch nearest you.

Is
there a shipping or handling fee?
We
have an introductory offer of free shipping to some titles. There is no
additional charge for delivery unless otherwise noted.

Do
you offer international delivery?
Yes,
we can deliver worldwide. However, only few countries are posted on the website
such as
Australia,
United Kingdom,
Spain,
Italy,
USA,
Thailand,
Singapore,
Hongkong,
Malaysia,
Brunei,
Taiwan
and
Japan
